| 描述 | (E/Z)-GO289 is a potent and selective CK2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 7 nM that significantly prolongs the circadian cycle. (E/Z)-GO289 is able to manipulate clock protein phosphorylation , and has a cell type-dependent inhibitory effect on cancer cell growth. At a concentration of 3-9 μM for 2 days, (E/Z)-GO289 strongly inhibited the growth of Caki-2, A498 and 769-P cells[1]. |
