Homoplantaginin是传统中药蛇足草(Salvia plebeia)中的主要黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎和抗氧化作用。Homoplantaginin能够抑制TNF-α和IL-6的mRNA表达,抑制IKKβ和NF-κB的磷酸化。它通过抑制炎症和通过IKKβ/IRS-1/pAkt/peNOS途径调节细胞信号传导,从而改善内皮细胞胰岛素抵抗。
