Rhodamine B Hydrazide是一种优良的亚硫酸盐探针，具有无色、无荧光特性，其荧光强度与亚硫酸盐浓度呈相关性 (5-800 ng/mL，检测限 1.4 ng/mL (3σ))。亚硫酸盐通过还原溶解氧生成超氧自由基，该自由基与 Rhodamine B hydrazide 结合形成荧光产物 Rhodamine B，在 554 nm 处具有最大吸收，在 574 nm 处具有最大发射，荧光可被 Tween 80 胶束增强。

Rhodamine B Hydrazide/若丹明B酰肼生物活性

描述

Rhodamine B hydrazide serves as an effective sulfite sensor, initially colorless and non-fluorescent. Its emission correlates with sulfite concentration (5-800 ng/mL; detection threshold at 1.4 ng/mL (3σ)). Sulfite converts dissolved oxygen into superoxide radicals, which react with Rhodamine B hydrazide, producing Rhodamine B and mimicking its fluorescence upon sulfite interaction, further amplified by Tween 80 surfactant micelles. Rhodamine B hydrazide exhibits peak absorption at 554 nm and fluorescence emission at 574 nm^[1].
