| 描述 | Rhodamine B hydrazide serves as an effective sulfite sensor, initially colorless and non-fluorescent. Its emission correlates with sulfite concentration (5-800 ng/mL; detection threshold at 1.4 ng/mL (3σ)). Sulfite converts dissolved oxygen into superoxide radicals, which react with Rhodamine B hydrazide, producing Rhodamine B and mimicking its fluorescence upon sulfite interaction, further amplified by Tween 80 surfactant micelles. Rhodamine B hydrazide exhibits peak absorption at 554 nm and fluorescence emission at 574 nm[1]. | ||
