| 描述 | Kojic Acid, an inhibitor of tyrosinase, is often used as an antimelanogenic agent in cosmetic [1] . Besides of the application in cosmetic, kojic acid is also a potential drug molecule. In vitro studies, after treatment with 600 μg/ml kojic acid, the tyrosinase activity in human SK-MEL2 cells would decrease 33.9±1.4% [2] . In addition, kojic acid could also suppress the activity of NF-kappaB in transfectant human HaCaT and SCC-13 cells [3] . In vivo studies, it was found that kojic acid could increase the 30-day survival rate of C57BL/6 mice, after the treatment with the lethal gamma-irradiation [4] . |
