exo-IWR-1 生物活性

描述	exo-IWR-1 is an inactive stereoisomer of Endo-IWR-1 and is a negative control for IWR-1. IWR-1 is a tankyrase inhibitor that inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signalling pathway^[1]^[2].At a concentration of 10 μM, exo-IWR-1 does not affect the number of 293T cells infected with bunyaviruses^[1].
