Triclosan/三氯生 生物活性

描述 Triclosan is an antibacterial and antifungal agent found in consumer products, including soaps, detergents, toys, and surgical cleaning treatments. Triclosan is readily absorbed into human skin and oral mucosa and found in various human tissues and fluids[3]. Triclosan, on the other hand, significantly affected bacterial diversity and community structure. Genera harboring opportunistic pathogens such as Flavobacterium were enriched in the presence of triclosan, as was Stenotrophomonas[4]. In addition, Triclosan can inhibit InhA, an essential enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase, resulting in the lysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis[5].
