| 描述 | TTK21 is an activator of the histone acetyltransferases CBP/p300. TTK21 crosses the blood-brain barrier, is non-toxic, and reaches different parts of the brain when bound to glucose-based carbon nanospheres (CSPs). TTK21 has shown beneficial effects on brain functions such as neurogenesis and long-term memory in adults[1]. |
