Maropitant/马罗皮坦 生物活性

描述 Maropitant, a selective NK1 receptor blocker, is orally active. It prevents substance P from attaching to receptors in the emetic center and the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CRTZ), effectively stopping vomiting[1][2].
