描述	Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 (BMP-2) is one of the bone-growth regulatory factors that belong to the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily of proteins. BMPs are synthesized as large precursor molecules, which are cleaved by proteolytic enzymes. The active form of BMP-2 can consist of a dimer of two identical proteins or a heterodimer of two related bone morphogenetic proteins.

剂型描述	Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 10mM HAc-NH₄Ac, 4% D-Mannitol, pH 4.0.
复溶	Always centrifuge tubes before opening.Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 50mM Acetic Acid. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. 如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
