溶解后的蛋白溶液可以在2-8°C下保存2-7天。如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。
分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
产品背景：Human Granulocyte-Colony-Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is 20 kD glycoprotein containing internal disulfide bonds. It induces the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of neutrophilic granulocyte precursor cells and it functionally activates mature blood neutrophils. Among the family of colony-stimulating factors, G-CSF is the most potent inducer of terminal differentiation to granulocytes and macrophages of leukemic myeloid cell lines. The synthesis of G-CSF can be induced by bacterial endotoxins, TNF, Interleukin-1, and GM-CSF. Prostaglandin E2 inhibits the synthesis of G-CSF. In epithelial, endothelial, and fibroblastic cells secretion of G-CSF is induced by Interleukin-17.
