Human C8 gamma (N-6His)/人C8 gamma蛋白(E.coli, N-6His) 生物活性

描述 Complement component C8 is a constituent of the membrane attack complex, C8 alpha, C8 beta and C8G. C8G is a secreted protein and comsists a disulfide-linked C8 alpha-gamma heterodimer and a non-covalently associated C8 beta chain. C8 alpha and C8 beta play an important role in complement-mediated bacterial killing together.C8 is involved in the formation of Membrane Attack Complex on bacterial cell membranes. C8 binds to the C5B-7 complex, forming the C5B-8 complex. C5-B8 binds C9 and acts as a catalyst in the polymerization of C9. The gamma subunit seems to be able to bind retinol. Patients lacking C8 are susceptible to certain bacterial infections.

剂型描述 Supplied as a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
复溶 如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。
注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。
分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
