描述 Dinoprost tromethamine salt, also known as Prostaglandin F2α tromethamine salt, is a potent agonist of the prostaglandin F (PGF) receptor (FP receptor) that can be administered orally. It acts as a luteolytic hormone primarily synthesized in the endometrial luminal epithelium and corpus luteum (CL). Dinoprost tromethamine salt plays a pivotal role in initiating and advancing labor [1][2].
体外研究

Dinoprost tromethamine salt (Prostaglandin F2α tromethamine salt; 1 μM; for 24 hours), triggers endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, autophagy, and apoptosis in goat luteal cells [1].

Dinoprost tromethamine salt (1 μM; for 24 hours) markedly upregulates the expression of GRP78 and UPR sensors [1].
