描述 AM 374 functions as a fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor, with an IC50 value of 13 nM for amidase activity inhibition. It is applicable in neurological disease research[1][2].
体内研究

AM 374 (20 μg; i.c.v., single dose) has no impact on FR5 lever pressing alone but decreases lever pressing when combined with IP injections of anandamide[2].
体外研究

AM 374 inhibits the breakdown of anandamide in N18TG2 cells in a concentration-dependent manner (0-9 nM)[1].
