| 描述 | Piperacillin sodium is a broad-spectrum β-lactam antibiotic[2]. At a concentration of 0. 1 mg/mL, piperacillin inhibited all streptococci except enterococci. At 25 mg/mL, piperacillin inhibited 95% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 78% of Bacteroides fragilis. Synergistic activity of piperacillin was demonstrated when it was combined with amikacin, gentamicin, and cefazolin against P. aeruginosa and members of the Enterobacteriaceae[3]. In addition, piperacillin causes mitochondrial dysfunction in neuron cells as shown by the reduction of mitochondrial respiration, membrane potential, and ATP production[4]. |
