Phox-I2 生物活性

描述

Phox-I2 is a selective inhibitor of p67phox-Rac1 interaction, binding to p67phox with high affinity and with a Kd value of approximately 150 nM. Phox-I2 is a NOX2 inhibitor that inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS)^[1].Phox-I2 effectively inhibits NOX2-mediated superoxide production in dHL-60 cells and primary human neutrophils in a dose-dependent manner without detectable toxicity^[1].
