Penicillin G potassium/青霉素G钾盐 生物活性

描述 Penicillin G potassium is a fast-acting antibiotic, used to treat bacterial infections that affect the blood, heart, lungs, joints, and genital areas. Penicillin G potassium troches are effective in reducing ulcer size and alleviating ulcer pain of the patients in the treatment of a single episode of MiRAU (minor recurrent aphthous ulcerations) in this Chinese cohort[3]. Potassium penicillin G administered in drinking water is effective in reducing mortality associated with S. suis infection and reducing tonsillar carriage of S. suis[4]. IV administration of Penicillin G Potassium stimulates defecation and myoelectric activity of the cecum and pelvic flexure in horses. Effects of Penicillin G Potassium may be beneficial during episodes of ileus[5].
体外研究 Penicillin G (16-128 μg/mL, 0-20 h) in combination with isoprinosine (32 μg/mL) inhibits the growth and viability of Escherichia coli (E. coli)[6].
