NFATc1-IN-1 生物活性

描述

NFATc1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of RANKL-induced osteoclast formation, demonstrating an IC50 of 1.57 μM. It exhibits anti-osteoclastogenic effects by reducing RANKL-induced NFATc1 nuclear translocation and is suitable for research into osteoclastic diseases^[1].

体外研究

NFATc1-IN-1, at concentrations ranging from 0 to 2.5 μM over four days, displays strong inhibitory effects on osteoclast formation and function, ultimately leading to reduced bone resorption^[1].

At concentrations between 1.5 and 2.5 μM over 24 hours, NFATc1-IN-1 prevents NFATc1 nuclear translocation and lowers NFATc1 levels^[1].
