溶解后的蛋白溶液可以在2-8°C下保存2-7天。如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。
分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
产品背景：Mouse Il10 is the prototypic member of the IL-10 cytokine family, including IL-10, IL-19, IL-20, IL-22 (IL-TIF), IL-24 and IL-26. Many viruses encode viral members of the IL-10 family, such as Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV).Its main function is inhibiting the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and by helper T-cells. Although human and mouse IL-10 are 81% identical at the nucleotide and amino acid level, mouse IL-10 is species-specific and does not act on human cells. Interestingly, Human IL-10 is active on mouse cells.
