It also functions as an antioxidant and can help correct metabolic imbalances in various inborn errors of metabolism[1].[2].[3].
体内研究

In experimental models, L-Carnitine ((R)-Carnitine) at doses of 125 and 250 mg/kg administered intraperitoneally shows a pronounced bronchodilator effect in a chronic murine asthma model and reduces urinary LTE4 excretion[2].
