Iohexol/碘海醇 生物活性

描述 Iohexol is a non-ionic, water-soluble contrast agent used primarily as a reference marker to assess glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in renal function studies. It is also employed in various imaging procedures, such as myelography, computerized tomography (including cisternography and ventriculography), and MicroCT imaging[1].[2].
体内研究

When administered orally at 0.25-4 mL/kg on a weekly basis, iohexol enhances the differentiation of intestinal segments in dogs, particularly after doses ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mL/kg[4].

Iohexol administered intravenously at a dose of 64.7 mg/kg is utilized to measure the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in both healthy dogs and those with chronic kidney disease (CKD)[5].

体外研究

Iohexol at a concentration of 150 mg I/mL over a 0-24 hour period reduces cell viability in NRK 52-E cells[3].
