描述 Indocyanine green (Foxgreen), a low-toxicity fluorescent agent, is extensively used in medical diagnostics for evaluating cardiac output, hepatic function, liver blood flow, and in ophthalmic angiography[1].
体外研究

Photodynamic therapy with Indocyanine green (Foxgreen) at 1000 μg/mL significantly increases BAX expression in HGF cells, while showing negligible impact on BCL-2 gene expression[1].

溶解方案

DMSO: 85 mg/mL(109.68 mM)，配合低频超声助溶，注意：DMSO长时间开封后，会吸水并导致溶解能力下降，请避免使用长期开封的DMSO

H2O: 5 mg/mL(6.45 mM)，配合低频超声，并水浴加热至45℃助溶
