Human OTUB1是来自智人（Human）的蛋白，在大肠杆菌（E.coli）中表达，带有N端GST标签。该蛋白具有水解酶活性，可特异性去除蛋白质上“Lys - 48”连接的泛素，通过防止蛋白质降解在蛋白质周转水平发挥重要调节作用；是T细胞无能的调节因子，通过与RNF128/GRAIL相互作用发挥作用，不同亚型对RNF128有不同影响；可对雌激素受体α（ESR1）进行去泛素化；能介导“Lys - 48”连接的多泛素链去泛素化，但不能作用于“Lys - 63”连接的多泛素链和二泛素；也能从NEDD8缀合物中去除NEDD8；在DNA修复调节中起关键非催化作用，通过抑制RNF168的活性限制“Lys - 63”连接的组蛋白H2A和H2AX标记的扩散；是mTORC1和mTORC2复合物的调节因子，在Tyr - 26磷酸化时可通过非催化过程介导RPTOR的去泛素化激活mTORC1复合物，也能响应氨基酸介导DEPTOR的非催化去泛素化抑制mTORC1和mTORC2复合物。

剂型描述 The buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0.
复溶 We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4℃ for up to one week.
