描述 The glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) has broad physiological roles and is a validated target for treatment of metabolic disorders. The GLP-1R is a class B1 G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that mediates its effects via coupling to heterotrimeric G proteins. It's typically characterized by a relatively large extracellular domain (ECD) and 7 transmembrane core domains (TMDs) composed of α-helical beams. The extracellular domain (ECD) consists of two sets of reverse β folds connected by loop loops, 3 pairs of disulfide bonds formed by 6 conserved cysteines, and a flexible α helix. And GLP-1R is highly conserved in model organisms and humans, and it is widely distributed in the detected islets, stomach, small intestine, heart, kidney, lung and brain tissues.

剂型描述 Supplied as a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
复溶 如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。
