溶解后的蛋白溶液可以在2-8°C下保存2-7天。如要长期保存，建议使用含载体蛋白(如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA)的溶液进一步稀释，如果是做无血清培养或者动物体内实验时，细胞因子中不能含有BSA、FBS 和 HAS，可以使用海藻糖作为载体，然后分装冻存于-20℃至-80℃。注:分装保存时建议使用低吸附的管子，并避免反复冻融；稀释分装浓度不低于 10μg/mL，分装体积不低于10μL。
分装后的蛋白在≤-20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
产品背景：Chitinase-3-Like Protein 1 (CHI3L1) belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 18 family. CHI3L1 is expressed in activated macrophages, articular chondrocytes, synovial cells as well as in liver. It lacks chitinase activity and is secreted by activated macrophages, chondrocytes, neutrophils and synovial cells. CHI3L1 is thought to play a role in defense against pathogens, or in tissue remodeling, and in the capacity of cells to respond to and cope with changes in their environment. In addition, CHI3L1 is associated with susceptibility to asthma-related traits type 7 (ASRT7) which assessed by methacholine challenge test, serum IgE levels, atopy, and atopic dermatitis.
