Dimethomorph/烯酰吗啉 生物活性

描述 Dimethomorph is classified as a fungicide within the group known as sterol biosynthesis inhibitors. It functions by inhibiting the formation of fungal cell walls. In addition, dimethomorph has been found to suppress androgen receptor (AR) activity in MDA-kb2 cells, demonstrating an IC20 value of 0.263 µM[1].[2].[3].
体外研究

For oomycete fungi such as Phytophthora capsici, P. citrophthora, and P. parasitica, dimethomorph is highly effective, with EC50 values being less than 0.1 µg/mL, 0.14 µg/mL, and 0.38 µg/mL, respectively[1].

In human breast cancer MDA-kb2 cells, dimethomorph inhibits AR activity as observed in a reporter assay, although it does not exhibit significant inhibition in a yeast antiandrogen screen, with IC50 values of 0.263 µM and 38.5 µM respectively[2].
