DDO-5936 is a potent, specific inhibitor of the Hsp90-Cdc37 protein-protein interaction (PPI), useful for research in colorectal cancer ^[1].

体内研究

DDO-5936 (0~80 mg/kg; orally) is effective in the high dose group ^[1].

DDO-5936 is well tolerated due to the lack of significant weight loss. In high dose groups, DDO-5936 significantly reduces tumor cells in xenografts. However, DDO-5936 has limited oral efficacy ^[1].

DDO-5936 binds to a crucial site on Hsp90 involving Glu47, exhibiting both potency and specificity as an Hsp90-Cdc37 PPI inhibitor ^[1].
