Coumaran/2,3-二氢苯并呋喃 生物活性

描述 Coumaran (2,3-Dihydrobenzofuran) is an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor isolated from leaves of L. camara. It can be used as biopesticide[2]. In vivo inhibition was observed in both dose dependent and time dependent in case of housefly, and the nervous tissue (ganglion) and the whole insect homogenate of stored grain insect exposed to Coumaran[1].
