描述 CBS1117 is an inhibitor of virus entry, demonstrating an IC50 of 70 nM against influenza A virus, A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1). It disrupts the hemagglutinin (HA)-mediated fusion process[1].
体外研究

CBS1117 exhibits a low IC50 of 70 nM and a high CC50 of 274 μM, resulting in a notably high antiviral selectivity index (SI value of 3914) in the human lung epithelial cell line (A549)[1].
