Antineoplaston A10/抗肿瘤素A10 生物活性

描述 Antineoplaston A10 intercalates into DNA, resulting in cell cycle arrest in G1 phase, reduction of mitosis, and decreased protein synthesis. Antineoplaston A10 also inhibit ras-oncogene expression and activate tumor suppressor gene p53, leading to cell differentiation and apoptosis. It is originally isolate from human urine but is now synthetically derived. It has been used in trials studying the treatment of Sarcoma, Lymphoma, Lung Cancer, Liver cancer, and Kidney Cancer, among others. The experiment among patient with HBSG suggest to use A10 9.22g/kg/d with AS2-1 0.31g/kg/d for over 5 months, and the overall survival at 2 and 5 years was 39% and 22%[2].
