10-Deacetyltaxol/10-去乙酰紫杉醇 生物活性

描述 Deacetyltaxol (10-Deacetyltaxol) is a taxane derivative isolated from Taxus wallichiana Zucc[2]. 10-Deacetyltaxol (10-Deacetylpaclitaxel) promotes the polymerization of tubulin and to inhibit the depolymerization of microtubules induced by cold or by calcium ions in vitro. 10-Deacetyltaxol (10-Deacetylpaclitaxel) exhibits cytotoxicity in human glial and neuroblastoma cell-lines[3]. The wood of Taxus yunnanensis (Taxaceae) showed growth inhibitory activities against human cancer cell lines, such as cervical HeLa adenocarcinoma. Taxane-type diterpenes, such as 10-deacetylcephalomannine and 10-deacetyltaxol, were found to be present in amounts consistent with the growth inhibitory activity[4].
