描述 PERK-IN-4 is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of PERK (protein kinase R (PKR)-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase) with an IC50 of 0.3 nM. PERK activation occurs in response to various endoplasmic reticulum stresses implicated in numerous disease states [1].
