描述 S-Methoprene is an insect juvenile hormone analog and an effective insecticide that inhibits the development from pupa to adult stage. It also acts as a ligand for the CB1 receptor, blocking the binding of the CB1 receptor antagonist [3H]CP-55940 with an IC50 of 19.31 μM[1].[2].
