描述 | Tetrahydropalmatine, one of the active components of rhizoma corydalis, exert several pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and analgesic activities. Tetrahydropalmatine did not exhibit any cellular toxicity up to 40 µM. Tetrahydropalmatine suppress lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cells and it inhibited pre-adipocyte differentiation in a concentration-dependent manner[3]. Tetrahydropalmatine (80 mg/kg) may protect against ketamine-induced learning and memory impairment in mice via antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic mechanisms[4]. |
