描述 BTS (N-Benzyl-p-toluenesulfonamide) is a powerful and selective suppressor of the ATPase activity of skeletal muscle myosin II subfragment 1 (S1), with IC50s around 5 µM when actin- and Ca2+-activated. It distinctly targets and halts the contraction of fast skeletal muscle fibers[1].[2].
