描述 Nipecotic acid ((±)-β-Homoproline) serves as a potent inhibitor of both neuronal and glial gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) uptake in vitro. Additionally, it can directly activate GABA_A-like chloride channels with an effective concentration (EC50) of approximately 300 µM[1][2].
