描述 SirReal2, a powerful and selective inhibitor of Sirt2, exhibits an IC50 of 140 nM. It demonstrates minimal influence on Sirt3-5 activities. In HeLa cells, SirReal2 causes an increase in tubulin acetylation and results in the destabilization of the checkpoint protein BubR1[1].
