描述 | 亚甲蓝(Basic Blue 9)能够抑制鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)、单胺氧化酶A(MAO-A)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)。亚甲蓝具有升压作用,也用作医用染料,用于细胞染色和淋巴结示踪。亚甲蓝通过影响一氧化氮合酶/鸟苷酸环化酶信号通路来调节前脉冲抑制,并且是一种能够穿过血脑屏障的氧化还原循环化合物。此外,亚甲蓝能够抑制Tau蛋白聚集,已知可以减少脑水肿、减轻小胶质细胞激活和降低神经炎症[1][2][3]。[1][2][3]. |
