生物活性
描述 BVDV-IN-1, a non-nucleoside inhibitor (NNI) of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), exhibits an EC50 of 1.8 μM. It directly interacts with a hydrophobic pocket of the BVDV RdRp. BVDV-IN-1 demonstrates antiviral efficacy against BVDV strains resistant to NNI thiosemicarbazone (TSC)[1].
