It demonstrates an IC50 of 0.19 μM against dengue virus in HuH-7 cells and is capable of inhibiting all four serotypes of dengue virus, as well as flavivirus Kunjin, alphavirus Chikungunya, Sindbis virus, and human enterovirus 71[1].[2]. | ||
