描述 Dexamethasone是一种强效合成糖皮质激素,通过高亲和力结合糖皮质激素受体(GR),诱导SGK1介导的GDI磷酸化,增强Rab蛋白依赖的AMPAR膜转运,调控海马与杏仁核突触可塑性。显著抑制NF-κB通路,阻断促炎因子(TNF-α, IL-6)释放,并抑制树突状细胞分化,发挥超强免疫抑制与抗炎作用(效力为氢化可的松的25倍)。
