生物活性
描述 M8-B is a potent TRPM8 antagonist. M8-B blocks cold-induced, as well as TRPM8 channel activation induced by TRPM8 antagonists. M8-B reduces deep body temperature[1].M8-B dose-dependently inhibits maximal Ca2+ uptake, and thus TRPM8 channel activity, at concentrations in the range of less than 100 µM[1].
