| 描述 | HA-100 is recognized as a strong inhibitor of various protein kinases, exhibiting IC50 values of 4 μM for PKG, 8 μM for PKA, 12 μM for PKC, and 240 μM for MLC-kinase. Additionally, HA-100 is employed as an inhibitor of ROCK[1][2]. HA-100 acts as a competitive inhibitor of MLC-kinase and PKC in the presence of ATP, with inhibition constants (Kis) of 61 μM and 6.5 μM, respectively[1]. | ||
