描述 N-p-trans-Coumaroyltyramine, a natural product isolated and purified from the herbs of Exochorda racemosa, is an α-glucosidase inhibitor(Ki = 840 nM in yeast) and an AChE inhibitor (IC50 = 34.5 mg/mL/122 mM), exhibits potent inhibition of cell proliferation, platelet aggregation, and shows antioxidant activity.
