| 描述 | Aniracetam is another AMPAkine created by modifying the piracetam molecule by replacing the acetamide moiety with a 4-methoxybenzoyl group.aniracetam improved healthy rats’ performance on active avoidance tasks, and on radial arm maze tasks [3]. Physiologically, aniracetam enhances both glutamatergic neurotransmission and long-term potentiation.But aniracetam does not alter behavior in normal healthy mice[4].Further, aniracetam (a nootropic compound with glutamatergic activity and neuroprotective potential) is a promising option for patients with cognitive deficit of mild severity[5]. | ||
