描述 R(+)-Methylindazone (R(+)-IAA-94) is a powerful blocker of epithelial chloride channels belonging to the indanyloxyacetic acid class. It inhibits the interaction between Nef-sdAb19 (single-domain antibody) and binds to negative factor (Nef) [1][2][3].
