| 描述 | Oct4 inducer-1 is a potent Oct4 activator. Oct4 inducer-1 activates Oct4 and Nanog promoters and promotes the formation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Oct4 inducer-1 enhances the efficiency of cellular reprogramming and reduces the reprogramming time, thus facilitating cellular reprogramming[1] .At a concentration of 1 μM, Oct4 inducer-1 increased the reprogramming efficiency of MEF cells in iSF1 medium[1] . | ||
