生物活性
描述 Prednisolone disodium phosphate is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties. It is hydrolyzed to prednisolone in vivo. Prednisolone phosphate (10 mg/kg), administered in long-circulating liposomes, decreases inflammation and the levels of IL-1β in the synovium, as well as reduces damage to the cartilage matrix in a mouse model of antigen-induced arthritis[3]. It also reduces tumor growth in B16/F10 melanoma and C26 colon carcinoma mouse models when administered in long-circulating liposomes at a dose of 20 mg/kg[4].
