描述 T-00127_HEV1 showed strong anti-poliovirus (PV) activity with an EC50 value of 0.77 μM. T-00127_HEV1 almost completely inhibited PI4KB kinase activity at 10 μM (3% and 5% residual activity inhibition, respectively)[1].
