描述 Istaroxime hydrochloride is a positive inotropic agent that mediates its action through inhibition of sodium/potassium adenosine triphosphatase (Na+/K+ ATPase). Istaroxime hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of Na+,K+-ATPase with IC50 of 0.11 μM.
